Return & Exchange Policy
At Castle Uniforms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not the right fit, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided they are:

Unworn

Unwashed

Unaltered

In new condition

In their original packaging with all included accessories
An original sales receipt, e-receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges. A valid photo ID may also be requested.
Refunds
Returns with proof of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment.
If your purchase was made using a Gift Card, your refund will be issued as a Gift Card.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns Without a Receipt
Returns made without proof of purchase may be eligible for store credit based on the lowest selling price of the item. Castle Uniforms reserves the right to limit or decline returns without proof of purchase.
Gift Returns
Items returned with a gift receipt may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a Castle Uniforms Gift Card.
Online Orders
Items purchased online may be returned to any Castle Uniforms retail location or returned by mail.
Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Castle Uniforms reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise

We will work quickly to replace the item and resolve the issue.

To prevent loss during shipping, name badges are often packaged inside other items.
Name Badge Spelling Error?
If your name badge contains a spelling error, please email sales@castleuniforms.com and include:

A photo of the name badge

The correct spelling of your name

Your school and program
Order Entry Errors
Customers are responsible for verifying all information entered during checkout, including sizes, colors, logos, and personalization details.
While Castle Uniforms makes every effort to identify and correct errors before processing, we cannot guarantee corrections to customer-entered information. Any costs associated with replacement items, reorders, or return shipping due to customer entry errors are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges on replacement or correction orders are non-refundable.
