Easy Returns and Exchanges

At Castle Uniforms, your satisfaction in our products is very important to us. We know there are times when it is necessary to exchange or return an item. 

We want to make it easy. Authorization from our Customer Service representatives is not required when making a return or exchange if the item has not been customized, worn, laundered or altered from its original state. Medical Supply kits and student uniforms that are personalized with school logos that have been designed by school dress code and clinical requirements are unable to be returned. Please be aware that your payment method will be charged in full upon receipt of order to process order. We will refund the amount of the returned items, less the freight for a return after receipt of the products in our warehouse. For all other returns, simply choose from the following:

Whether you purchased your item by mail, phone, on www.castleuniforms.com, or in one of our stores, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges on items that have not been altered, laundered, worn or customized for your personal use. All products ordered will be charged in full to your payment method to process your  order. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase with receipt. If purchase was made with a personal check, you must allow 14 days for a cash refund. 

Returns or Exchanges by Mail ( from the United States)

1. Download the Return/Exchange Form, or write the information from the form on your invoice.

2. Secure the merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose the completed form.

3. Take your merchandise to the nearest United States Post Office and return the items to:
